Adventure Print Co. – Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our items are custom, made-to-order, or 3D printed, we have specific return guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Custom or personalized products
• Used molds or tools
• Digital downloads
• Clearance or destash items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
